Once you contact us within the applicable timeframe, we will take all the information gathered and pass the information to the manager. They will respond within 24 to 48 hours.
Please note that our satisfaction guarantee DOES NOT apply to dissatisfaction with a specific hairstyle or hair color that was chosen and requested by the guest. We strive to provide expert advice and execute your chosen style or color to the best of our ability. However, if you simply change your mind about a look, you specifically requested, this will NOT be considered a redo under our guarantee.
At Bell Tower Salon Spa, we value your time and the time of our dedicated service providers. To ensure we can accommodate all our guests effectively, we have the following policy regarding cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals:
As a courtesy, we send you a confirmation reminder for your appointment. However, it is ultimately your responsibility to remember your scheduled date and time.
We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24-hour notice will be subject to a cancellation fee. Packages and parties of three of more require a 72-hour notice to cancel without subject to a cancellation fee. Packages and large parties cancelling or rescheduling after the 72-hour notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of ALL services booked.
Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without any prior notification will be considered a "no-show." No-shows will be subject to a 50% service fee.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays. However, arriving late for your appointment may result in a reduction of your service time to avoid inconveniencing other scheduled guests. Reduced services will be charged as the FULL-SERVICE PRICE.
Example: If late for a haircut, stylist can still wash and cut hair, but styling will be excluded. Service will be charged at full price.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a late cancellation/no-show fee will apply.
For cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, and for no-shows, a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service charge will be applied. In the case of late arrivals that result in a need to reschedule, the same 50% of the scheduled service charge fee will apply.

In rare and unavoidable circumstances (e.g., documented medical emergencies, inclement weather), exceptions to this policy may be considered at the discretion of management.

Please be advised that our establishment adheres to a policy of one discount application per transaction.
Bell Tower Online Booking requires a NON-REFUNDABLE 50% deposit to reserve your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your bill at checkout. Failure to provide the required notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Cancellations made before the required 24 to 72 hours will be credited to your account for future services or product purchases.
For us to best prepare for your visit and ensure a smooth experience, accurate online booking is essential. Please review your selections carefully. Incorrectly booked services will lead to the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new appointment will need to be scheduled.
Jewelry is NOT eligible for return. Discount items are NOT eligible for return. Liquid products must be returned within 30 days and over half full. Clothes & Merchandise eligible for returns must have tags attached within 30 days. All returns will be processed for store credit or exchanges. Credit can be used for Spa and Salon services.
