THALASSOTHERAPY

Thalassotherapy comes from the Greek word Thalassos, or sea. Uses fresh heated seawater that induces an exchange of minerals and toxins between the blood and water. THE REMEDY RUB

This treatment helps the body's natural healing mechanisms dissipate the negative effects of stress on the central nervous system by using craniosacral therapy combined with massage. This technique can be used preventatively, or to alleviate the following conditions: migraines, scoliosis, sinus problems, chronic fatigue, TMJ, fibromyalgia or general stress-related problems. THE JUMPSTART

Get on the fast track to looking and feeling better with our jumpstart program. This service is a great option for people who want to prep for a big event and for those who want to start leading a healthier lifestyle, but need a little push! The Jumpstart includes two visits, the first of which is a consultation and a description of your week-long cleansing regimen. On the second visit, our therapists will invigorate you with a cleansing detox scrub and wrap, followed by a Suisse Shower. You can lose up to 14 inches with this treatment. Initial visit 30 minutes. EUCALYPTUS STEAM WRAP

Feeling run down and need a pick-me-up or relief from sinus pain? This treatment is for you! Our Specialists will massage warm eucalyptus oil onto your skin, followed by steamed eucalyptus towels and a sinus release treatment. A Steam Bath for inhalation therapy will
complete the treatment, allowing you a breath of fresh air! Approximately 60 minutes. $75.00

TRIGGER POINT MASSAGE

A form of acupressure dealing strictly with blocked or trapped energy that facilitates pain release. A localized treatment that is extremely helpful in pain relief and the best way to relieve muscle spasms.
