SCHEDULING

To ensure you get an appointment when you wish and with whom you want, we recommend you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the Salon Spa.

We require at least 4 to 6 weeks to schedule Spa Packages.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To reserve any spa service valued at $50.00 or more, a credit card is required.

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 50% of the valie of your service will be charged for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. No shows are charged 100% of the service value. When canceling a Spa PAckage or Multi Services we require 48 hours notice of cancellation.

LATE ARRIVALS

If you are late for your appointment, your treatment time will be reduced in order to finish on time, so the next scheduled guest is not inconvienenced. The fee for the appointment will remain the same.

CHILDREN

Salon- Due to safety considerations, please refrain from bringing your children to the Salon unless they are having services done.
Spa- The spa is an adult spa only. Children under 16 years of age are not permitted.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Our spa and salon consultants will assist you in selecting imaginative gifts of well being and style, which will be presented with a personalized gift certificate. We accept Phone, Mail and Online orders.

All Gift Certificate sales are FINAL.

Gift Certificates must be presented to be redeemed. We are unable to locate or reissue lost or stolen gift certificates. PLEASE NOTE THE EXPIRATION DATE.

An existing Gift Certificate can not be used to purchase a new Gift Certificate.
