Scheduling Policy:

Bridal parties are scheduled on a first come first served basis.  Once Bell Tower has received all necessary information, a contract will be issued to the contact person of the party.  It is the responsibility of the party’s contact person to notify Bell Tower with any changes that may occur once the contract is received.  Any requests for additional services are welcome, but will be honored on a first come first served basis. We also ask that you use the availability of our Bell Tower Café and not bring in any outside refreshments to your services.

 

Cancellation Policy:

A credit card is required to secure all reservations.   We require prior to 7 days’ notice for cancellations/changes.  Any reservation cancellations made 7 days prior to day of the wedding date will be charged 50% of the value of services.  Any reservation cancellations made after 7 days will be charged the full amount of the service(s) missed.
