Mother's Day Yoga with Linda Zogas from BLDG. 7 Yoga

Bell Tower is honoring all mothers on Sunday, May 8th by pairing up
with Linda Zogas from BLDG. 7 Yoga with 3 different yoga sessions.
$24 fee will include one class, light refreshments of smoothies, energy bites,
snacks and mimosas plus receive 20% off any yoga clothing item
in the Store.

Gentle Yoga 9 AM-10 AM: This class is a therapeutic-style of yoga that promotes relaxation and revitalization of the body, mind and spirit. This class is designed to oxygenate, massage and energize your entire body while soothing and calming your nervous system. Whether you are looking to de-stress, energize or find balance, gentle yoga can be an effective way to reach your goals for overall wellness.
All levels Vinyasa 10 AM-11 AM: This nurturing flow will leave you feeling refreshed and stress free. Suitable for any level of practice with an emphasis on breath work, meditation, and proper alignment. Appropriate for all students, even beginners. These classes are still physically challenging but in a way that speaks to the practitioner looking for mental, emotional, and spiritual strength.
Mommy & Me 11 AM-12 PM: Mommy & Me Yoga is playful and fun! The benefits of early exposure to yoga are many. You and your child will: increase focus, learn self-regulation skills, increase body awareness and control, build self-esteem, strengthen his/her immune system, learn breathing techniques, learn yoga poses, games, and sequences, and practice letting go of tension and stress. The perfect way to celebrate Mother's Day in a unique and stress free environment!
